Frequently asked questions
There is no difference in features or access — the plans are identical. The only difference is how prices are displayed. Business prices are shown excluding GST, as Australian businesses can typically claim GST back. Personal prices are shown including GST, which is the total amount you will pay.
An editor is someone who logs in to manage your QR code deployment — creating links, updating content, configuring landing pages, or assigning codes to things in the field. Anyone can scan your QR codes for free without an account. You only pay for the people managing the system.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform used by millions of businesses. We never store your card details — they go directly to Stripe. Your subscription is managed through Stripe and you can update your payment method or cancel at any time from your account settings.
Yes. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification available.
Yes, for Australian customers GST is calculated and added automatically at checkout. The amount you pay will depend on your billing address. International customers are not charged GST.
Yes. The product is available worldwide. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and GST is not charged to customers outside Australia. Payment is processed in AUD — your bank will convert the charge to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate. Check with your bank if you are unsure whether foreign currency fees apply.
We don't offer a free trial at this stage. As a small team, we want to focus our energy on customers who are genuinely committed — and at $5/month, the Starter plan is intentionally priced to be as low a barrier as possible. If the product isn't right for you within the first month, get in touch and we'll happily refund your first payment.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
